Our homes are built to BS 3632.

BS 3632 is the British Standard to which residential park homes and some holiday homes are built to. The standards was last updated in 2005, to become more in line with conventional forms of housing, ensuring they are fit for permanent residential use. Homes built that do not comply with BS 3632 may be built using building methods that are not appropriate for park and holiday homes, meaning they could be unsafe for the home owners use.

By holding the ‘NCC approved badge’ means that we comply with all industry construction regulations and standards. Our standards and quality control have endured a strict inspection regime to ensure they meet NCC approval.
