Our homes are built to BS 3632.
BS 3632 is the British Standard to which residential park homes and some holiday homes are built to. The standards was last updated in 2005, to become more in line with conventional forms of housing, ensuring they are fit for permanent residential use. Homes built that do not comply with BS 3632 may be built using building methods that are not appropriate for park and holiday homes, meaning they could be unsafe for the home owners use.
